Well, I didn't keep up with that very well!

It is the start of a new year and I thought I'd look back on last. Isn't that what you are supposed to do?

My photo every day lasted until the middle of June. I didn't get photos posted because of scanner/computer problems. What I learned: 1. It is really hard to take a good photo every day but got easier and more natural as the year went on. 2. It is much easier to develop a lot of film and print a lot on one day a week than to try and do good printing every day although my darkroom work did get easier and more second nature the more I did it! 3. Take a camera with you everywhere you go. Since I haven't been doing the photo a day I have missed out on a lot of good photos because my camera was at home.

This year I don't have such lofty goals as to take a photo every day. It was fun to try but I found myself quickly taking a poor photo at midnight just to make my photo a day. What I will do: 1. Take a camera with me every where I go. There is no reason not to have a camera with me walking the dog or feeding the goats. 2. Work more with my tlr. I love that camera and looking through the glass is so much fun! 3. Get better at composing in the square format. 4. Get my scanner/computer problems fixed so I can share with you all again!!!

Hope everyone has a great new year!

Wow! Once again I find myself a month behind!

I seriously am so far behind in darkroom work. I have taken a photo every day though. Hard to say which camera or which photo goes to which day though! I will get caught up soon though!
